OUR CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

Jory Capital Inc. is an independent firm. All of the clients’ assets are held in accounts with our carrying broker and custodian National Bank correspondent network. This ensures that all our clients’ assets are never at risk due to our independence or size, as your assets are held safe with one of Canada’s biggest investment dealers. We are also a member of the Canadian Investor Protection Fund which has the purpose of protecting investors assets.

Jory Capital is also a member of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada and adheres to all professional requirements of this industry association.

Jory also has an Independent Advisory Board made up of outside, independent members to ensure that the highest code of ethics and principles are always adhered.
