Through thorough independent research, a fixed evaluation process, and vigorous debate; we seek to buy investments that are undervalued and give our clients strong, above average market returns.
Our advisors work directly with our clients to build personal investment portfolios to meet their individual needs.
We seek the following fundamentals:
- Every Client has a well balanced, diversified portfolio
- We take a long term approach with minimum trading activity
- We invest in value companies and investments over time rather than high risk, speculative investments
- We invest in equities, bonds, warrants, and tax efficient vehicles to meet our client's individual needs
- We seek to ensure that we achieve better than average market returns taking into consideration our client's personal appetite for risk
When we evaluate investments in equities, we are looking for the following criteria:
- Strong company management with a proven track record
- A product or service that has great customer base with limited competition
- Sufficient funding and low leverage
- A strong balance sheet
- A product or service that is capable of producing great returns for its company in all different economic conditions
- Good, responsible corporate governance
- Above average profit margins
- Good labour relations
- Companies that are operating in politically safe areas of the world
When we are looking to invest in both government and corporate bonds, we seek the following criteria:
- Strong, long term returns
- Great credit
- Risk vs. Return
- Opportunities that arise due to yield curve discrepancies
