The company was founded in 1999 by Patrick Cooney to focus on providing clients with completely independent advice backed up by in-house research and direct client service, with a team of experts that value our client’s assets like it was our own. Our aim is to position our client’s investments in balanced portfolios which allows them to prosper in all market conditions.

As a full service brokerage firm, we manage individual’s investment accounts, and registered investment accounts including RRSPs, LIRAS, flow throughs, and numerous additional services. We also advise business owners with individual investment accounts, corporate business accounts, which covers areas such as employee group RRSPs and employee share purchase programs and advice on corporate finance requirements such as private placement, IPOs, and borrowing strategies. Jory Capital also advises institutions such as charitable foundations, pension funds, and local and provincial governments on their investment requirements.
